District Nurse, Linda Lenoir - Tall Tree Award Recipient

The Tall Tree Awards evening, presented by the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce and the Palo Alto Weekly was held on Thursday evening, April 17, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Cabaña in Palo Alto. Linda Lenoir was awarded the "Outstanding Professional" Award.

Over the past 18 years Ms. Lenoir has served as the District Nurse for Palo Alto Unified School District, where she has shown amazing devotion, energy and dedication. Linda has been instrumental in dealing with parents, student health care issues and individual needs.

Linda's passion for the well-being of children carries over into her personal life through her involvement in numerous community boards and projects, including the City of Palo Alto's Human Relations Commission, Family YMCA, University Rotary Club, Adolescent Counseling Services, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Packard Children's Hospital, and Youth Community Services.
